By using this website and/or purchasing products or services on it, you agree to the following terms

General

Retro GT provides this website as is, and may change or withdraw content without notice.

By making a purchase on RetroGT.com, you agree that details provided to us are accurate, and that you are the owner of the debit / credit card used to make payment.

RetroGT.com in it's entirety is the property of Retro GT, and may not be copied, reproduced, sold, resold, or otherwise used for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without express written permission from Retro GT.

User accounts

On signing up for a membership account, you must choose a username and password. You are fully responsible for all actions taken under that account and are only authorised to use the site with your own username and password. You may not sell or transfer your username to any third party, nor permit anyone else to use your user account.
You are solely responsible for the security of your user account.
RetroGT.com reserves the right to cancel or suspend user accounts without notice.

Ordering

Ordering from Retro GT couldn't be easier. Browse to the item you'd like, choose a colour and a size, and click 'Add to cart'.
When you're ready, click on the 'checkout' button to be taken to our secure credit card system to pay for your order.

Once you have made payment, you will be sent an automated confirmation email.
This email simply confirms the information we have received from you. If you have any queries regarding this confirmation, please contact us.
If there are any problems with the items you have ordered, (i.e. sizes or colours being out of stock) we will contact you at this point.
Once your items have been shipped, you will receive a further email to let you know.

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours and most often arrive with you next day.
Please note that the cut off time for guaranteed next day delivery is 2pm.
Currently, we offer free shipping to anywhere in the world, because we're just in it for the love.
Payment is taken in UK Sterling (GBP).

Returns

In the extremely unlikely event that you're unhappy with your items, you may return them to us for an exchange or refund, as long as you let us know with 7 days of receiving them.
Please note that returns are the responsibility of the customer until they are received back at RetroGT. We cannot take responsibility for returns that are lost or delayed in the post.
If you would like a refund, this can usually be carried out right away. Exchanges may take up to a week to process. Please note that while we ship your initial order out for free, we will require payment for return postage on exchanges. This is usually £1.00 in the UK or £3.50 overseas.

Faulty / Damaged items

In the unlikely event that the items shipped to you are damaged, or are not what you have ordered, we will replace them at no cost to you. Send the items back to us via standard first class delivery and we will replace or refund the items, as well as the cost of sending them back to us.
