It was exactly what I was looking for! Other t-shirts simply settle for the "Quarter-Circle-Forward+Punch" command. This is the only one I've seen that has the button commands, "Hadouken" written in Japanese, and portrays the blazing blue fireball in all it's glory! This t-shirt simply radiates awesome!
